Stelladot.com Return Policy?
Stella & Dot has a comprehensive return and shipping policy. If a customer is not absolutely delighted with their purchase, they can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. A cash refund is provided within 21 days and Store Credit within 90 days. If a purchase contains a damaged or defective item within 365 days of purchase, a replacement of the purchased item will be sent free of charge as long as the item is still available and not out of stock. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in a resalable condition. Personalized engravables, gift cards, and sale items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For the shipping policy, processing and delivery days fall on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders normally ship within 2 business days after placement. Expedited Shipping is available in the continental US, but is not currently available in Puerto Rico. It is recommended that customers choose a secure shipping address to ensure the product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.

Stella & Dot offers multiple payment methods. Upon enrollment, an account is created for the user, and a welcome email is sent for account activation. A Stella & Dot branded compensation card is mailed within 2 weeks of account activation. This card can be activated online and payment preferences can be set up. The user can decide where the earnings go. The commission payments can be transferred to the compensation card, which can be used like a debit card at any merchant that accepts Visa. Alternatively, funds can be transferred to a chosen bank account. A flat monthly transfer fee of $2.00 USD | $2.50 CAD is charged for transferring funds from the Stella & Dot Pay portal to a bank account.
There is also a S&D Pay Portal Mobile app for accessing the account on-the-go. Commissions are automatically credited to the Pay Portal account and an email notification is sent each time funds are credited. Funds can be transferred to any financial institution in the country or to the branded compensation card. If no CashOut is set, funds will sit in the Pay Portal and will not be accessible.
In addition to the compensation card, Stella & Dot also allows users to set up a PayPal account or get paid in-store credit at 2x the amount of payout. For example, $10 on PayPal, or $20 in store credit. Payouts are weekly on Wednesdays for orders that have passed their 21-day cash return window. If no payout method is selected, the commission will expire in 60 days. Store credit payout can be used to shop at 50% off.

The Stella & Dot compensation card is a personalized card that ambassadors receive after activating their account. This card is used in conjunction with the Stella & Dot Pay Portal. Upon enrollment, ambassadors receive a welcome email notifying them that their account is ready for activation. Within 2 weeks after account activation, the personalized Stella & Dot branded compensation card is received in the mail. This card can be activated online and used at any merchant that accepts Visa. It functions like a debit card. Ambassadors can set up their account to transfer their commission payments to this card. They also have the option to automatically transfer some or all of the funds to the bank account of their choice. A flat monthly transfer fee is charged for this service. The S&D Pay Portal Mobile app offers the convenience and flexibility of accessing the Stella & Dot Pay Portal account on-the-go. Commissions are automatically credited to the Pay Portal account and ambassadors receive an email notification each time funds are credited to their account. After funds have been credited to the account, they can be easily transferred to any financial institution in the ambassador's country or to the branded compensation card. If the CashOut tool is not set, the funds will simply sit in the Pay Portal and will not be accessible.
